Restaurants are, by nature, ingrained in the communities they serve. Yet, sometimes getting a meal can just feel like another transaction for a customer, and clocking in creates little emotional connection for staff. Realizing these issues, Andrew Glantz became set on finding a way to create an uplifting sense of purpose for guests and staff, in a way where staff don’t even need to lift up a finger.
